How the purchase works
- Create your account for free, if you haven't already.
- Pay online by card, on Stripe's secure page.
- Access opens immediately in your account, for 30 days. A new purchase during that period adds 30 days.
Frequently asked questions
Is it a subscription?
No. You pay once for 30 days of access. Nothing is charged afterwards. If you want to continue, you buy another month whenever you like.
Which device can I use to practise?
On a computer, tablet or phone, from your browser. There is nothing to install.
Can I get a refund?
Access to the digital content starts as soon as you pay, at your express request: you therefore waive your right of withdrawal. Premium cannot be refunded once access has opened. Details are in the terms of sale (in French).
Does Premium guarantee success?
No. It is a preparation tool: it does not replace legal advice and does not predict the authorities' decision. It helps you arrive prepared.
Is the interview simulation included?
No. The phone interview simulation is booked separately, at a time of your choice.
